The real lead-capture and qualification form (with CRM/email/WhatsApp integration) is built in E11 (Lead & Contact Engine) — the deploy target, CRM vendor, email provider and WhatsApp BSP are not yet chosen, see docs/delivery/BUILD-STATUS.md open items.
